Office Manager
George is the Law Clinic office manager. George is the first point of contact for clients, and assists with appointment bookings, case management, and client care.
Legal Supervisors
Sadie is co-convenor of all of the Law Clinic modules in the Law School, and provides supervision in the Law Clinic. Sadie supervises Civil Litigation and Consumer law cases.
Prior to joining the University, Sadie trained and worked as a Solicitor at a magic circle law firm in London. In this role, she worked on high profile litigation and regulatory disputes, worked in the firm's Amsterdam office and was seconded to the legal team of a premier league football club. Sadie also worked as a Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team of a global law firm based in Manchester. In this role, Sadie's work included High Court cases, arbitrations and injunction applications.
Kathryn is co-convenor of all of the Law Clinic modules in the Law School, along with offering supervision as part of the Law Clinic.
Prior to joining Lancaster University, Kathryn worked for a firm of solicitors based in Lancaster city centre. Here, the majority of the work she undertook was legal aid work, assisting parents who have children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to challenge decisions made by Local Authorities in respect of their child's education and the level of support they received in school. Kathryn regularly advised parents on matters relating to school admissions, school exclusions, home to school transport, judicial review, disability discrimination in schools, and community care issues.
Outside of work, he is married with two children. They like to be outdoors (when the English weather permits) and are keen campers.
Peter specialises in the areas of divorce and separation, particularly with the financial division of assets following marital breakdown. He also acts for clients in the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the preparation of Wills.
